We always have fantastic poster presentations, but the real draw is the students having their first conference presentation experience. Through your sponsorship, you’ll be showing your support for students’ work and research. As part of your donation, student poster contest winners will each receive a cash award.

Sponsor a current or future teacher | $1,000

Student and alumni sponsorships create an outsized impact. Each UTeach alum reaches more than 200 students every year, multiplying your investment far beyond a single conference registration. Each student who attends is on their way to becoming one of those teachers. Our conference helps all of them elevate their practice, strengthen their leadership, and bring back powerful ideas that directly benefit their students and schools.

Your sponsored educator will connect with leaders from across the field, contributing their perspective, building lasting relationships, and extending both their impact—and yours—well beyond the conference. Each scholarship covers conference registration fees and lodging for one student or alum.

Special breakfast for students | $950

Sponsor the energy and excitement of the student breakfast! Students programs gather for breakfast and fun. It's the first conference for most of them, and we like to make sure they get a good meal and make new friends right from the start. Your sponsorship supports these teachers-in-the-making.

A sign thanking you for your support will be near the breakfast area. If you'd like to provide branded swag, we will put it in meeting room for the students.

Special breakfast for UTeach Master Teachers | $950

Master Teachers are the backbone of every UTeach program. They guide students through every field experience, teach them inquiry-based learning practices, and provide support after they graduate and have classrooms of their own. Your sponsorship of this special breakfast allows them to collaborate and shows your support for their contributions to education as a whole and the UTeach experience.

A sign thanking you for your support will be near the breakfast area. If you'd like to provide branded swag, we will put it in the meeting room for the Master Teachers.

Bonus Level

Bingo prize donation

Every attendee has a bingo card that asks them to visit every exhibitor, complete tasks around the venue, and participate in engagement activities. Donate items or gift certificates we can use as prizes to get attendees excited to compete.
